Educater
My educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Musicology from Aarhus University, a Bachelor’s degree in Music Performance from Malmö Academy of Music, specialising in Folk and World Music, and a Swedish teaching qualification from Karlstad University.I work as a music educator across Norway, Sweden and Denmark, teaching at Ole Bull Academy, the Danish National Academy of Music (SDMK) and Ingesund School of Music.
My teaching includes music theory, ear training, ensemble work, plucked strings, methodology and didactics, as well as academic supervision and guidance in written work.Alongside higher music education, I teach workshops and courses within folk and traditional music and have worked as an instructor at events including ROD 2025 and Skovfolk 2026. I also welcome ensembles, bands and educational groups to my farm in Småland for workshops and intensive sessions, where I work as a kind of “band doctor” — helping groups develop their interplay, musical identity, arrangements and ensemble communication. My teaching is closely connected to my work as an active professional musician, bringing practical experience from the stage, studio and ensemble work into the classroom.

Author
I am the author of Between the Notes, a book exploring the life behind being a musician. Drawing on personal experience, research and years of professional work in music, it reflects on creativity, performance, identity, motivation, tradition and artistic development.
My writing connects practical experience as a musician with broader perspectives on music, learning and creative life.
I am currently working on a music theory book with support from Karlstad University, developing material that connects theoretical understanding with practical musicianship and musical learning.

Composer
I am a composer and arranger with a background in classical, folk and traditional music, writing for my own projects as well as other artists and ensembles. I have composed numerous tunes and pieces for different bands and musical settings.
My work includes composing and arranging for orchestra, string quartet, choir and other ensembles, as well as music for documentary film.
I work from my own studio in Sweden, composing and arranging music across acoustic, ensemble and media productions.
Producer
I work as a producer with artists and musicians developing new recordings and albums, from the first ideas through to the finished production. My role can include artistic guidance, arrangement, recording and helping shape the overall direction and sound of a project.
I also work hands-on from my own studio, mixing, editing and creating additional musical material, textures and instrumentation when needed. Alongside audio production, I produce music videos and visual material for artists who want to develop the visual side of their music.
